Planning & Compliance
From the initial phases of tender award, RBS understands the importance of compliance right from preparing certificates of insurance, WSIB, submittal process and warranty registration. This proceeds all the way through the project in coordinating daily site progress, site inspections through to closing out project successfully.

RBS understands that consultants play a key role in providing technical expertise, unbiased advice and problem identification. When unforeseen challenges arise on site, RBS believes there is powerful synergy created between consultant and contractor working together to develop the right solutions.
Warranties & Insurance
RBS was established in 1984 and is now a 4th-generation family owned and operated company. We have longstanding relationships with key Canadian manufacturers to be able to provide comprehensive warranties. In that same vein, RBS carries a $15M CGL insurance policy.
Ease of Billing
RBS understands the importance of working with the consultant to develop helpful schedules of values and produce comprehensive progress claim reporting with our use of Procore. We believe in being proactive and responsive in each monthly billing cycle to ensure all parties have what they need in a timely fashion.
Quality Assurance
RBS works with a 3rd health & safety provider to perform regular audits and reporting of our jobsites. We also have experienced and qualified project management teams and workforce to ensure a quality outcome to all of our projects.
